Catering Kent
Entrepreneurs Lisa & Philip Robertson
have over 40 years collective experience
in the catering and hospitality industry.
Just over two decades ago they started
and successfully built up one of Kents largest
catering businesses. They were approached
and presented with a generous offer for
the business, reflecting their hard work
and achievement, which they could not refuse.
Dukes Roasters started
some 10 years ago as a sibling to their
larger company, concentrating on the perfection
of Spit-Roasting of meats and poultry and
which is experiencing the same level of
success.

Behind our menu
We are a customer led business and our
focus is 100% customer satisfaction - “customer
is king.”
We pride ourselves on our attention to
detail with every client, every budget,
every occasion. Our entirely bespoke approach
with each client means that we always accommodate
their every need at every level. No matter
how large or small, corporate or private,
our dedicated team of Master Carvers and
highly trained staff will be sure to impress.

Each Hog we use is individually selected for
quality, size and weight by the farmer so that
the delicious, succulent flavour is 100% everytime.
You can also have whole New Romney lamb, Aberdeen
Angus prime beef or Kentish corn fed chickens,
wild boar and venison with their distinctive flavours,
or try pheasant or goose.
It is very fashionable to have a spit roast for
your wedding reception, whether formal or informal
- the choice is entirely yours.
A spit roast is an ideal way of celebrating birthdays,
anniversaries, christenings and retirement. And
let's not forget Christmas and Easter, Halloween
and Bonfire Nights. The list of events or occasions
where a hog roast is ideal is endless.
Whatever the celebration, whatever the time of
year, Dukes can accommodate.

Introducing: The Banquet.
One of our dedicated and true artisan members
has over 45 years uninterrupted service in the
meat industry and he is responsible for selecting
specific cuts of meat which are boned and rolled.
Saddle of Lamb, Prime Rib of Beef, Turkey Crown
and Pork Tenderloin - all roasting at the same
time on one machine – go ahead and cause
a “food frenzy”.
